Our Basque Cheesecake is deeply caramelised on the outside with a deliberately burnished crust, and impossibly creamy at the centre. Made with full-fat cream cheese, fresh eggs, and double cream, each cake is baked at high heat to achieve that signature dark top and soft, custard-like interior. No base. No fuss. Just pure, rich flavour.
Baked to order in our Richmond kitchen and ready for collection in as little as 2 days.
